A Ghetto Hour 007: Eccentric Soul

Anyone familiar with the record label Numero Group will also be familiar with how they can regularly disrupt your bank balance. Wether its a Gospel compilation an obscure city specific soul compilation or just some reissued gems most of us would have never found, its always good, really good, and worth buying. This weeks Ghetto Hour is a mix of my favorite tracks from the Eccentric Soul Omnibus. 45 7” records of rare soul lovingly compiled by Numero Group for their 10th anniversary. I strongly recommend checking out their site at numerogroup.com. This box set, like many Numero releases comes with a book containing images, stories and information about the artists. I’ve included a few photos from the accompanying book to give you a taste. Please listen, download form our soundcloud, share and enjoy.
